Polymers have taken over photopolymers as the most utilized materials for 3D printers based on Wholers report since 2021. It is estimated that within the next five years, there will be further growth in 3D printing with final products and small batch manufacturing applications. The global high molecular powder bed technology is experiencing rapid growth , with polymer remaining mainstream. Powder bed technology will demonstrate its capabilities in the mass production market of consumer goods. However, high molecular powders such as nylon powder.

Additionally, as mass production is being applied more widely, it will be much cheaper to use powder bed technologies. Besides just equipment and material costs coming down, smart production line equipment that can enable automated manufacturing will emerge gradually. Low-cost consumer-grade SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) printers will also gradually enter the application scenarios of small and medium-sized enterprises and individuals.

Overseas markets particularly showed sharp increase in sales for TPM3D in2023 thereby achieving its targeted figures for the year. The company has set goals of expanding its presence overseas even further in 2024 while investing more on capacity buildup as well as intensifying research and development activities due to entering into a phase of rapid progress.
